Lots of families joined Charity Nature Vibezzz at our Saturday afternoon activity session at Portobello Community Garden in West Norwood.
The session started with participants making a bird table and cutting the community garden grass
then native tree saplings where planted then watered around the boundary of the site when will grow to make a wildlife hedge plus areas of the community garden was weeded and tidied up
Plus children enjoyed lots free play time, playing games, using facilities set up for them including the swing, climbing frame, hammock, play kitchen and sand pit.
We shall be back at the site with a another free family session 2pm to 4pm Saturday 4th May 2024.
