On Thursday 12th May 2016 Nature Vibezzz run the first activity for secondary school students from St Joseph’s College STEM Club at Streatham Common. 38 Students took part in a environment survey measuring soil ph, moisture, light and wind speed. The students measured the different elements at 8 different places on Streatham Common using soil ph, moisture, temperature meters, Anemometers (Wind Speed & Temperature Measuring Equipment) and light meters. The information the student’s gathered will be used for their curriculum course work and this activity is the first environmental education of three arranged with the after school STEM Club during May.
